First post of the month!

Hey guys! I have obviously not been good at blogging lately, as happens once in a while, so here's to the first post of the month 10 days before the month is over *applause*  It is too bad since I blogged several days a week before but I have Team Property now that often comes first and well.. I just blog less now, very unfortunate but I hope the day will come I blog more again... perhaps after the darn autumn and winter that is killing me!
