Hey everyone! Today I want to make a sort of.. newbie post? Well, it's going to be about abbreviations anyway (and some other technical words that could be useful!). I don't want to do any too obvious but I guess there will be anyway... I'll just list it, no thinking!
Mmo - Massive multiplayer online. So, game you play online that has multiplayers, and not just you and your friend. Massive multiplayers.
Rpg - Role playing game. A game where you take on a role as the character in a specified environment. Not where you just play a role as a character but where the character is being build by the way you choose to act in the game.
Mmorpg - Massive multiplayer online role playing game. The two last words combined simply!
LF - Looking for. In some games you need to find groups or similar to a quest that can't be made alone. So you put "LF", looking for, in the chat. Then you add G (group) or simply write healer, dps, player or whatever you like. For example, LFG, LF healer and so on.
Glhf - Good luck, have fun. Commonly used in StarCraft as a gesture, it's just being polite!
Gg - Good game, same game, same gesture ;) Glhf is used as an "opening" like "hi, good luck" and gg is when you loose. So before giving up you say, gg!
Ko - Knock out, in games like Streetfighter and Tekken where you fight and win over your opponent, it's a knock out!
Wrock - Ashamed to know it, it's the abbrevation of Wizard rock which is a music genre with lyrics that has to do with Harry Potter.
Bm - Bad mannered as in if a person is mean he/she is bad mannered, bm.
Lvl - Well, it's level... simply
Pkmn - BEST ABBVERATION EVER! Pokémon!
